Ruangan kamar luas dan bersih, ada dispenser air di dekat lift jadi persediaan air mineral selalu tersedia. petugas security sigap membantu mencarikan parkir dan membantu keluar masuk mobil, bahkan saat akan menyebrang ke atm di sebrang hotel. Proses cek in dan cek out cepat. Ekstra bed yg kami pesan sdh disiapkan, kamar sdh dalam kondisi dingin. Letak strategis, dekat dg atm, minimarket dan resto dalam jarak dekat
Sanitari di kamar mandi sudah perlu diganti. Demikian juga saat masuk ada kondisi handuk yg tidak bersih. Chiller sama sekali tidak dingin AC di ruang tamu perlu dibersihkan, hanya mengeluarkan angin saja, tidak cukup untuk mendinginkan ruangan yg sebesar itu
