Noosa Haven Apt 12 Riverfront Elegance

The accommodation is exceptional. We have stayed before and the quality of fit-out and furnishings are great. You have a river beach at your doorstep and good proximity to cafes, parks, Hastings Street shops and Noosa Beach is only a 10/15 min stroll away.

Our experience this time was surely let down by the service from the letting agents R&W/Niche Noosa. The service reaction from them following our inquiries and reporting broken amenities was abominable from before we had even arrived. I rang twice in the week before our stay inquiring about availability of Nespresso machine and milk Aeroccino. There were promises to check availability and advise. No advise but there was a Nespresso. Poor customer service. When we arrived the listed 'cable tv' (Foxtel), was not working. I made four phone calls with promises of a call back to update me on action but this never happened. I even went into the office to see someone but the maintenance manager wasn't available and a call never came. On the last full day of a 5 night stay after a demanding phone call from me a maintenance person came to look at the Foxtel box and agreed it was 'not working so they will get have to get Foxtel out'. There was not once in these instances where a response came back to me.Terrible service and after advising that it was broken needed to have been followed up four days before. A 5 x star accommodation let down by 1 x star Property Management.

After the initial disappointment, we found the apartment to have everything we wanted and really loved our stay.

The photos of the property were deceptive and so we didn't realise that it was going to be an upstairs apartment until we got there.
