Upon entering, a long and elegant hallway leads through to the heart of the home where the spacious living area opens directly onto the waterfront lawn and entertaining spaces. The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (Master Suite): Features a luxurious four-poster bed, private ensuite, and direct access to the waterfront deck. Step outside to enjoy the daybed, the perfect spot for an afternoon nap or morning coffee overlooking the canal.
Bedroom 2: Located at the opposite end of the home, this spacious bedroom features a queen-sized bed and private ensuite. A separate toilet nearby also serves as a convenient powder room.
Bedroom 3: Located upstairs and fitted with a queen-sized bed and private ensuite.
Bedroom 4: Also located upstairs, this bedroom offers two single beds and a private ensuite, making it ideal for children or friends travelling together.

Getting Around:
The property is ideally located for exploring Noosa on foot. Hastings Street and Main Beach are approximately a 20-minute flat walk away, making it easy to leave the car behind during busy holiday periods when parking can be limited.
For longer trips, local buses stop just 200 metres away on Noosa Parade, while taxis and rideshare services are readily available throughout the area.
