The house was very large with plenty of space. The view was lovely. The outdoor area was where we spent most of our time and the pictures don't quite caption how expansive it is. The village was tiny and quaint, and there is nearby river beach swimming. The pool was well stocked with toys and very clean. There are neighbors but it is private. The kitchen was generally well-provisioned.
Everything was a little dated-the fridge couldn't keep up with maintaining a cool temperature for the food we brought, the beds/bedding were not the most comfortable (especially the synthetic blankets), and the towels were extremely rough. The outdoor area was great but more comfortable seating, like an outdoor couch would be appreciated.
