Quartier très calme, logement très propre et très bien équipé (nombreuses couvertures supplémentaires si besoin, cuisine très équipée en vaisselle + petit nécessaire tel huile, sel, etc, nombreuses serviettes dans la salle de bain + gel douche à disposition), hôte très prévenant qui nous demandait tous les matins si tout allait bien. Le logement est à 15mn en voiture de Phantasialand, et pas d'embouteillages pour s'y rendre.
Le chauffage un peu fort et la bouche de chauffage dans la chambre un peu bruyante qui me réveillait vers 6h certains matins quand elle se remet en marche (mais ne tourne pas la nuit heureusement). On n'a pas trouvé l'eau chaude dans la cuisine (mais on a oublié à chaque fois de le signaler). La dernière nuit les 2 pensionnaires de l'autre chambre ont discuté bruyamment jusque tard dans la soirée

Der Balkon , da wir Raucher sind Parken vor dem Haus Wenn man einfach nur eine kostengünstige Übernachtung möchte mit Nähe zum Phantasialand, so wie es bei uns war , dann ist es okay . Man darf natürlich für diesen Preis nicht viel erwarten. Alles ein bisschen "zusammen gewürfelt" und das ein oder andere sollte man doch in Ordnung bringen... z.B. geklebte Fernbedienung , verkalkter Wasserkocher...
