Basic but great value for money

Perfectly adequate lodgings for a night. Didn't really explore the surrounding area other than a trip to the bakery. No complaints about the accommodation. Quiet and comfortable.

Separate toilet but it wasn't an issue as didn't see anyone else and never had a problem getting in there.

we went to phantasialand and this was super close to the park so we just had a 10 minute drive from phantasialand and than we arrived here. it was a super nice room with super good blankets and beds. we watched some German television and had something to eat. we really liked it.

i clicked "findind location by other app "(google map) on booking.com reservation page it showed wrong place. access from the wrong place and the right place is bad so i had to go by taxi. very expensive like about 40euro distance (i droped off in the middle of way and walked alot with many heavy bags ,so it was 31.10euro with tip. it might be booking.com issue but the host doesnt speak english at all and also the wrong place is located no english speaking resident area and hard to get anyones help. those made me worse situation at night. c/out is 11am on booking.com info but the host mentioned 10am first ,so i checked out 10am just in case. i chose this place for using a washing machine but it took long time to negotiate to use it.

We came by car from Berlin and had to make a huge detour after an accident on the highway. Despite the very late arrival hour, Mr Müller was kind enough to receive us.

Привітний і чемний персонал, все охайно і комфортно - тепло і гарна тераса.

Був тільки 1 невеличкий рушник на людину (можливо можна було б попросити у персоналу - але на 1 душ і його вистачило). Ковдри на ліжках - були короткі (ноги сторчали). І унітаз - це окремий витвір мистецтва (скажемо так - для людей без або дуже коротким добром).

Cálido y cómodo.

La ubicación, el encanto de la casa, los anfitriones. Nos alojamos en la planta 1, con baño y cocina compartidos para ambas habitaciones, la 1, con terraza con vistas al patio trasero, y la 2, con vistas a la calle. Como eramos 4 personas, ocupamos toda la planta. Todo estaba limpio. Aunque hay zonas viejas como los conductos del aire y calefacción, todo lo demás está bastante bien y cuidado. Nos sentimos cómodos. La cocina súper equipada con todo lo necesario. El anfitrión no habla español ni inglés, pero esta en todo momento con el traductor de Google. Está a 4 minutos del MC Donald's y de la pastelería panadería pistono, , muy recomendable para sentarse y desayunar café, y todo tipo de comida dulce y salada.

Hay zonas viejas como los conductos/rejillas del aire y calefacción. Las almohadas un poco blandas, pero ponen 2 por cama y son grandes y puede doblarse.

Für eine schnelle Zwischenübernachtung war es für uns okey

Der Balkon , da wir Raucher sind Parken vor dem Haus Wenn man einfach nur eine kostengünstige Übernachtung möchte mit Nähe zum Phantasialand, so wie es bei uns war , dann ist es okay . Man darf natürlich für diesen Preis nicht viel erwarten. Alles ein bisschen "zusammen gewürfelt" und das ein oder andere sollte man doch in Ordnung bringen... z.B. geklebte Fernbedienung , verkalkter Wasserkocher...

Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Köln reisen.

Die Besitzer der Unterkunft waren sehr herzlich, überdurchschnittlich freundlich und gewährten uns auch besondere zusätzliche Wünsche. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet (Geschirrspüler, Kaffee + Kaffeemaschine (Senseo mit Pads), Wasserkocher, Ofen, Herd, Besteck, Geschirr, Kühlschrank. Alles, was man zum leben benötigt. Das Zimmer ist für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis groß genug und bietet auch Möglichkeiten für Stauraum. Jeden Tag wurde sauber gemacht. Es gab also jeden Tag frisch gewaschene Handtücher.

„Nicht gefallen“ ist hier in unserem Fall nicht das passende Wort. Die Möbel in unserem Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man aber bereits bei der Buchung selbst schon sieht. Uns persönlich hat das daher auch nicht gestört, da wir das bereits vorher wussten.

Schönes Zimmer in ruhiger Lage

Schönes Zimmer in einer ruhigen Straße. Netter Empfang von Herrn Müller. Wir waren dort für 1 Übernachtung.

Voordelige nette kamer met medegebruik van badkamer en WC door andere gasten.

Ik (81 jr) ben met mijn zus (74 jr) op fietsvakantie. We zijn langs de Moezel gefietst en fietsen nu de Rijn af op weg naar huis. Vriendelijke heer Müller woont in een gewone straat in een gewone eengezinswoning buiten het centrum van industriestad Wesseling. Hij is vrijgezel en woont begane grond. Hij verhuurt de kamers op de bovenverdieping. Wij hebben de nette kamer met goede bedden aan de voorkant. Aan de achterzijde kunnen we de keuken gebruiken met alle nodige voorzieningen. Er zijn ook andere gasten, bezoekers van pretpark Brühl. Er is maar één badkamer met daarop de WC. Het gebruik daarvan moeten we delen met andere gasten. Ik had de kamer voor 40,50 euro geboekt voor één persoon. Herr Müller vroeg 5 euro extra voor de tweede persoon.

Geen eigen badkamer met WC, maar een die we moeten delen met andere gasten. En die zullen er meestal zijn want de kamers zijn vanwege de prijs populair bij bezoekers van pretpark Brühl.

Es hat überall nach Hund gerochen, es war dreckig und unhygienisch, es war nirgendwo hinterlegt das es ein Gemeinschaftsbad-/ Küche ist, von den anderen Urlaubern lagen die benutzen Handtücher rum

Einfach nur dreckig! Booking weiß bescheid, der Vermieter sagte zu Booking, dass er nicht wüsste wo es dreckig ist!! Rechnung stimmte nicht überein, haben keine neue bekommen.
