- Room size
- Cleanliness: the room was cleaned and towels changed daily, and the bed linens were also changed daily.
- The restaurant belonging to the guesthouse has very tasty pizza
- Room in need of renovation
- Matress very hard
- Very noisy neighbors (which the host probably can't do anything about)
- Soap dispensers in the bathroom weren't filled, even though the cleaning lady cleaned the bathroom every day
- The house and restaurant trash was more or less dumped in front of the entrance, which smelled quite bad in the heat

Location and privacy.
Front door (not door to room) was a bit confusing to lock but not a problem.

The owner is very friendly.
Spacious and clean rooms.
The Rawai area is not recomended to stay while traveling through Pukhet.
