The owner of this property, or whoever was at the reception at that time, had a conversation, Their politeness when talking to customers.

Price is value for money. Not so luxurious but good for budget stay and staff is really good and supportive. You will receive great hospitality.

Location could have better

This hotel is located a bit off to the side, but we had a truly lovely stay. The room was spacious, and the staff were incredibly kind — always genuine, smiling, and asking if we needed anything. The Indian breakfast was wonderful, and the cook would even go out to buy fresh ingredients when we ordered certain dishes, so everything was very fresh and delicious. We highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a warm and comfortable stay.

The hospitality is amazing, everyone in the hotel try to make you feel important. They Organize free Train pickup and also allowed early check-in.. No question asked, overall if I had to just rate the hotel it would be a 8-9 out of 10.

Primarily Upselling of Sam Dunes Safari. Also rooms were missing water bottles and hot water kettle during winter. Everyone in Jaisalmer will try to sell you Sam Dunes Safari. But the owner tricked us and tried to sell their rooms at 14K which they themselves had listed on Booking.com at 2K. Further we they gave us rooms in obscure locations away from main camp in the name of privacy and quality.
