Ideally located to explore Sete Cidades and it's caldera, the house has EVERYTHING one needs to cook, wash muddy trousers and relax. Off street car park is handy as well and house is big enough to wait for the rain to clear without getting cabin fever. The chimney looks great, too bad it wasn't cool enough to try it.
nothing to do with the house, but one needs to be aware of the very limited shopping options in Sete Cidades. Best doing some grocery shopping beforehand.

Muy buena ubicación, limpieza, jardín trasero amplio y privado y plaza de garaje en la propiedad. Pequeño supermercado a 2 minutos a pie y actividades acuáticas y senderismo a muy poca distancia. pueblo tranquilo para tomar como base para visitar el resto de la isla. Muy buena comunicación (WhatsApp) con la propiedad.
En general todo estuvo bien, si tuviera que mencionar algo sería el ruido de tráfico a determinadas horas (la casa está situada en la carretera principal del pueblo). La cocina es algo antigua, pero cumple su función. El pueblo es muy tranquilo, ideal para pasear y disfrutar de la naturaleza, aunque eché de menos alguna cafetería o lugar donde pasar un rato tranquilo más.

La casa estaba limpia y tiene aparcamiento.
Al estar en la calle principal se oyen mucho los coches. Al no tener aire acondicionado y tener las ventanas abiertas se oyen mucho los coches. No había productos de limpieza y en el anuncio decía que sí.
