First of all Marina the owner was extremely helpfull from the beginning, she was organizing us the transfer already 2 month before our arrival, explained everything and gave us any answer almost immediately upon our questions, thank you again!
The villa has really good location and the area is so quiet and near to Nissi beach which was our goal, but you can find also lots of restaurants in a few minutes walk.
Very good equipped house with everything, especially the kitchen, you couldn't wish better kitchen to make a nice breakfast or even a great dinner. About the bathrooms, there was soap, toilett paper, fresh towels, hairdryer etc.. everything was really clean.
We are completely satisfied and would come back any time.

The pre-stay communication and the payment process were very smooth and informative. The villa is equipped according to all modern standards: ACs in all the rooms, fridge is very clean and big, washing machine was REALLY useful; dish-washer is there too .
Apart from various kinds of dishes and cooking pans, glasses and cups, even spices, there was a microwave, multifunctional cooker and couple of coffee-specialized equipment for coffee-lovers.
There is a whole First Aid cabinet in the kitchen and a very handy information guest book with all the necessary emergency contacts and the equipment manuals (as most of them are marked with greek signs).
Amazing package of TV channels (being Russians ourselves, we felt really at home there)!
An extra toilet downstairs is really useful.
And if some occasional cleaning is needed, the whole set of brushes, mops are available. Washing liquids for anything and even shampoos in the cupboard were available too. Iron, ironing board, washing drier are there as well.
As at home we are stuck in a flat, we really appreciated the barbecue set available. We cooked out food on fire 3 times during the week!
The landlord is very hospitable, communicative and helpful.
The taxi driver who took us to the airport after check-out thought we visited a member of our family - that is how much we were taken care of! Thank you very much!
I have not noticed any drawbacks.

Good location, very clean, really responsive and helpful host
not so easy to find, the proximity to a bar that has every nigh karaoke that got really loud and we could hear it till midnight
