L'accoglienza e la sempre pronta disponibilità di Luca ci hanno fatto stare sereni, quasi come a casa. La possibilità di parcheggiare è un altro punto a favore. La pulizia della struttura è di ottimo livello, così come la dotazione delle camere. In definitiva un'ottima esperienza, un punto di riferimento per eventuali future esigenze nella zona. Anche i consigli su dove pranzare o cenare sono stati ben accetti e, soprattutto, molto soddisfacenti.

Proprietario molto gentile e cordiale, ottima la pulizia della stanza e la colazione.

Il titolare Luca è stato super carino, facendoci trovare anche un dolcetto di benvenuto e acqua fresca all'arrivo. La stanza super spaziosa, come anche il bagno. La posizione è a poche centinaia di metri dal centro di Presicce, raggiungibile quindi comodamente a piedi. Il parcheggio per l'auto è proprio di fronte alla struttura. Consigliatissimo!
