Venezia Ca' Drì Apartment

The property is a true hidden gem in Venice. The apartment is a 2 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms with toilets and bidets (one with bathtub, the other with shower). It is fully air-conditioned, and has a washing machine (note that it is not a dryer), dish washer, refrigerator, and fully equipped kitchen. Every amenity has been thoughtfully provided. The location is absolutely fantastic, located right in a quieter residential area with restaurants and shops a few steps away. The Bailo supermarket is great and well-stocked. Piazza San Marco is only a few minutes walk away. We stayed here for 3 nights, and will definitely choose to stay here again!

Only one small caveat: the water pressure is a little weak, especially if both bathrooms are being used at the same time.

This was an excellent location with a beautiful balcony. It felt comfortable, well outfitted, and authentically Venetian.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung , nicht weit vom Markusplatz und der Vaporetto-Station entfernt. Mit Balkon und Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern. Handtücher, Duschgel... vorhanden Auch eine Nespresso-Maschine ist da. Wir haben uns zu viert in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es war leider kein Geschirrhandtuch vorhanden

Theoretisch ist alles gut. Ein ruhiges Quartier, trotzdem nur ein paar Minuten zum Markusplatz. Sehr grosszügiger Grundriss, zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, Küche, gute Stube, hübsche Terrasse, funktionale Küche. Präsentiert sich bestens…

Es fehlt der Charme. Hier wurde ein Appartement extra für Touristen erstellt, das lebt alles nicht. Verspätete Ankunft (nach 19.30) kostet 35 Euro extra, überhaupt alles etwas kompliziert. Und dann ist da der Geruch, dagegen müsste der Vermieter ganz dringend etwas unternehmen, das ist eigentlich nicht zumutbar.
