Ruim en schoon appartement in rustig dorpje. Heel fijn dat er een wasmachine was en meerdere balkons waar je heerlijk kon zitten. Contact met de verhuurder was snel en vriendelijk. Het appartement is op de bovenverdieping. Beneden woont een lieve oude dame, die ons een paar keer verse vijgen gaf uit de bomen in de tuin.
De keuken was wel heel basic, met weinig servies, pannen en bestek. Bij het douchen werd de badkamer nogal nat. Het dorp ligt niet echt aan zee, maar aan een grote rivier. Dat vonden wij niet erg, maar is wel goed om te weten.

The landlady and her grandson were exceptionally friendly. He spoke good English which helped as she spoke neither English nor German. The setting of the flat is brilliant with a lovely view onto the lake and a two minute walk go for a swim. There is a fig tree in the garden and we got a constant supply from the landlady. Raslina is a nice little town with everything you need- two restaurants, a bar and a little shop. As a welcome gift we were given a nice bottle of wine.
It would have been nice to provide basics like rubbish bags, enough washing up liquid for a week and wine/ beer glasses. We were only given six hand towels for the week- no shower size towels, no extras to dry hands in the bathroom. There was a cooker with four rings, two were gas with no gas bottle provided. There was an old washing machine, but it didn’t work- get it fixed or remove it. The decor and furniture was old, but we knew that from the pictures. It was more the provision of day to day things we missed.
