Property was as the description and photos
Communication was awful and no messages or phone calls were answered by the landlord from the time of booking to the stay itself. The agency had to call to get us a code to enter as we waited outside. Very poor

Perfect location. Friendly neighbourhood. Totally dog friendly and only 10 mins from Leek, one of the best towns in England.
Hollybush Inn was a great pub with excellent food. All reasonable prices.
