Das Appartement liegt sehr schön und es war angenehm ruhig. Es gibt eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche und eine schöne Terrasse vor dem Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Auch unsere Hunde waren willkommen.

Basina is about 4km from the town of Vrboska, in a very quiet location and the beautiful sea is 200m away. Along the shore you can find shade in the pine trees and there is enough space everywhere so that you don't disturb anyone. The beach is rocky with sharp rocks, so I wouldn't recommend it for families with small children, but there are plenty of suitable beaches for children in the surrounding area. If you like cycling, I suggest you bring your own bike so you can explore the beautiful nature on your bike. The apartment is beautifully furnished and very clean, the owners are friendly and extremely hospitable, we really felt great.
It would be great to have a small grocery shop in the village for the most needed stuff.

Wow place, with many hidden nature bays (worth walking more or swimming across), excellent weather, and marvelous Adria see. Nice pine, and olive oil tree forest for relaxing (simple car cover is recommended). Very good shopping mall in 8 minutes drive, plus small fresh bread stand in the mornings next to the house. Great touristic places to afternoon/evening visit and do not miss the closest konoba/restaurant right on the way!
The kitchen is excellent and very comfortable to use as the bath is also very nice! The outdoor dining place could be a little better (the pavement) and the sofa one size bigger/longer but all together we think to return as soon as possible!!!!

Beautiful house, beautiful location. Great area outside to sit with shade. 2 Bathrooms with a shower in each. Kitchen very well equipped. Walking distance to wild/natural beaches. Driving distance to a few nearby towns which were great. Plenty of parking space. Perfect house with everything that you need!
BE aware the owner told us the apartment is designed for 5/6 people, but they advertise to book for up to 7?
We booked for 7 and confirmed via private message that our group of 8 was ok (2 parents + 6 children)
However on arrival they were not happy. They made us and our children feel uncomfortable about the size of our group
The apartment was big enough, we had a lovely stay, but they were not happy about the size of our group, although it was booked that way?
There are 5 beds, anyone else will need to sleep in the lounge on the couch beds which are quite hard but OK
The owners live on the property and sit all evening a few metres away from the BBQ facilities. They are very friendly but just be aware that you do not have privacy at the BBQ.
ALSO advertised as including a washing machine but BE AWARE it is located around the back of the house next to the owners private quarters and is shared between the owners AND the two holiday lets. They were not very friendly about me using the machine even though it was advertised and booked as including a washing machine.
