The location was very nice

Parking and location were good. We had 2 units. Both unit showers flooded while being used. One of the kitchen sinks leaked to both draws . Did get someone to look at it which was a waste of time. Had a continuous discussion about receiving the right room we had paid for. This was sorted after asking for a refund. Our original room we were allocated was not clean and had someone's belongs still in the cupboards. The lady who said she was the cleaner was very helpful.

perfect location, nice view, friendly staff, they answered the questions quickly when we needed something. pwt friendly. We are coming again next tear after our wedding. So that will be our little pre-honeymoon :) keep up the good work.

We had an amazing vacation at Katarina's apartment. From the outset, our expectations were surpassed. The apartment was immaculate, instantly making us feel at home. A standout feature was the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking and enjoying meals. While lacking a microwave, the apartment boasts an electric kettle and oven. These versatile amenities allowed us to make anything from quick teas to cozy pizza nights. The added convenience of a well-stocked dishwasher and ample detergent tablets made washing up effortless. Laundry was simple too, thanks to provided detergent, a handy basin, and balcony clothesline. The meticulous attention to detail extended further. High-quality, fragrant towels enhanced the overall comfort. Katarina even provided extra sets of fresh towels and bedding. The quality mattress ensured restful sleep, and blackout curtains allowed for peaceful mornings. An undeniable highlight was the apartment's proximity to the clear waters. A short walk led to refreshing swims in the pristine sea. Exploring was made easy with car or scooter rentals. Jelsa's center was a mere five-minute drive away, though I personally enjoyed the 22-minute walk, relishing panoramic views. Upon arrival, a chilled bottle of exquisite white wine awaited us on the balcony – a thoughtful touch setting the tone for our stay. Katarina's professionalism and care were evident in every interaction. She was more than a landlady; she became a friend, ensuring our comfort and happiness. Katarina truly enhanced our vacation experience. It's worth noting that Wi-Fi issues mentioned in reviews are not isolated to the apartment. The island's poor connectivity can't be blamed on the landlady. Despite this challenge, Katarina actively helped us navigate the situation. We're definitely planning to return 😊

The apartment was a great stay - it has a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean and has a comfortable bed with most if not all the amenities and facilities you would need. The main highlight is the location - quiet spot with less visitors and direct access to the ocean with spots to swim at. It is also a lovely boardwalk walk (5-10 mins) away from Jelsa. The only thing we noted is that finding the location was a bit confusing on arrival (the address given doesnt show up correctly on google maps - use the apartment name for more accurate location) and then we were not given very clear check in details (this could be avoided by reaching out to the number provided earlier than we did). All together this was an amazing apartment to stay at and we would highly recommend this place!

The perfect getaway to relax and enjoy

The apartment has everything you need for the perfect getaway - you enjoy the sea straight from the balcony and a minute away, the whole seafront is very quiet so you get to soak in the sounds of the surrounding nature, and you feel very welcomed as the hospitality goes beyond expectations. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. The seafront provides enjoyable walks to Jelsa na Vrboska, and many places to swim and enjoy the sun, with lots of pine trees that provide the shade. If you need a quiet, seafront area, yet very close to the centre of Jelsa, this is your go-to place.

Even though the apartment looked renovated, some things were missing. However, I point these only as improvements because it didnt really affect the overall stay (we stayed only 2 nights). - Wifi oscillated a lot - No rack for hanging laundry - Kitchen cutlery and cooking appliances very limited (no pans?)

Great place by the sea

The location is superb. Apartment was brand new and stylish. Katarina is very helpful and promptly reacted to our requests. As mentioned in one of the previous reviews, all that is still needed are some kind of blinds for the terrace window. We really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come again.

Pearl by the sea

Everything is new and sparkling clean! Beautiful view on the sea in front of the house and a great balcony for having dinners. Hosts were really helpful and available at all time, and managed helping us with everything, including helping us with washing clothes in a machine nearby. Furniture is really good, and the lighting in the apartment was surprisingly good.

No bad words. Just info: Apartment is 10-15 minutes walk from Jelsa, and around 20-25 minutes from Vrboska, so keep that mind if you are going to the town without a car. There is a small food stand for necessary things nearby, but for anything else you need to go to the city or Plodine which is a 5 minute drive from the apartment.

Extraordinary stay

One of the best impressions about Hvar island is definitely the Lazaneo Apartment just across the rocky beach, 5 minute walk to the beach bar, and in the middle of the path that connects Jelsa and Vrboska. Very tidy, new, well equipped and with a superb terrace that was our favorite place to spend time.

The whole area is generally very quiet. So this could also be a plus :)

Everything else was great. The apartment is new, has all you need. Crazy view from terase and superb quite location, great for walks (Jelsa, Vrboska). I can only recommend!

The great big window is awesome but it could use some blinds (very light in the morning, neighbours can see everything) and maybe some shades on the terase (umbrella).

Todo nos gustó. Sin duda volvería con los ojos cerrados. Destacar la tranquilidad y lo bello que es la isla. Es idílico despertarte, y ver a través de esas grandes puertas de cristal que dan al balcón. Los anfitriones son muy empáticos, le solicité "algo",y contestaron enseguida y de forma positiva. Desean que disfrutemos y nos ayudan a lograrlo.

Vízparti szállás, szép kilátással a tengerre.

Nagyon közel volt a tenger. Jelsa és Vrboska is könnyen elérhető volt kerékpárral és gyalog is. A szállás jól felszerelt, szépen felújított. A teraszról nagyon szép kilátás volt a tengerre, Brac szigetére.

A kilátás a teraszról, illetve magából az apartmanból szemet gyönyörködtető Az apartmanban kiépített világítás kiemelkedő. Praktikus konyhai eszközök vannak. Csendes , nyugodt környezet, a tenger közelsége teljes kikapcsolódást eredményezett. A parkolási lehetőség nagyon jó és kényelmes volt.
