We don’t mind older furniture and stuff as long as it’s clean - which it was (except for the hair in the bed linen). Nice breakfast selection.

Not worth the price at all. First, we were limited with the arrival time - the owner said that late evening (21-22) not possible. Okay, understood. Then, nobody was there upon our arrival, we had to make a call, but that was quick. And again, issue with the breakfast timing, earliest possible was 7:30, which if you had a hiking trip planned is late for some people. Whatever. All in all, we DO understand the aformentioned, but NOT for this pricing.

Great place in a great environment

1km far from city .Wonderful background when you get up and look out the window ‘s bedroom. Because of rain, they offer garage got our motorcycle. Breakfast AMAZING 😃

Rural Simplicity at its best.

Set in a lovely rural location. It was a nice 30-minute walk into Lienz. The family were all very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I was in the area. Exceptional value for money.

I would recommend this property!

The peaceful village of Amlach makes a perfect escape compared to traditional hotels. the view from the balcony is beautiful and serene. The host was very accommodating and friendly. Her delicious homemade breakfast was nicely laid out with good variety. The rooms are large and comfortable. it is a great location to explore the area from.

Staying with a family + privacy

The room was really nice; the host didn’t speak much English but was super friendly and always smiling and trying her best; the bed was super comfortable and I loved the sheets!; the breakfast was amazing filled with yumminess!

Booking doesn’t give the notice that it’s cash only for the payment - had to run to the city for an atm at 7am....

Ruhige Dorf-Lage in der Nähe von Lienz-Stadt, einfache, aber funktionale Bauernhof-Frühstückspension, Zimmergröße (1.Stock mit Balkon) akzeptabel, Infrastruktur (Einkauf, Gastronomie. etc. in der Nähe, aber nicht alles fußläufig, etwas komplizierte Zufahrt von der Hauptstraße

Der "Nostalgie-Plastik-Duschvorhang" aus den 1950er Jahren sollte unbedingt durch eine aktuelle Duschkabine mit festen Wänden und Schiebetüren ersetzt werden. Beim Frühstück wären mehr regionale, lokale frische Produkte statt der müllintensiven Kleinpackungen aus dem Supermarkt sehr zu wünschen. Der Tisch mit den 2 (! - bravo ) Stühlen zwischen Tür und TV-Gerät sollte entweder eine eigene Deckenleuchte oder zumindest eine Tischleuchte haben, die Ecke ist zu dunkel, um den Tisch nutzen zu können
