Great stop on the way of a long drive, clean and tidy

Nice but not very personal

Big bedroom and great bathroom, the wood is very pretty. Parking place at the location which is very nice

We didn’t really see the owners so we missed a warmer approach. Coffee isn’t free in the bedroom (1€ per coffee) which is also not super welcoming

Perfect place to stay the night while on a Road Trip in Tyrol

The place was great. Everything was exceptionally clean and I’ve never seen an accommodation taking care of all the little things which really add up to a wonderful experience. It’s just outside the city of Lienz and there is a huge supermarket nearby where you can get everything you can imagine.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und freundliche Gastgeber. Tolle Auswahl an Snacks, Kaffee und Getränke! Sehr sauber und Highlight war definitiv die Fußbodenheizung im Bad!

Empfehlenswert

Herzlicher Empfang. Alles bestens - sehr sauber & ruhig, genug Platz für eine kleine Familie. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Man merkt die Mühe der Gastgeberfamilie. Parkplatz vorhanden. In nur wenigen Gehminuten gibt es eine Pizzeria. Morgens kann man - ebenfalls gut zu Fuß - zu einem Bäcker - dort haben wir gefrühstückt. Unser Sohn wurde mit einer Spielzeugbox überrascht und hat sich sehr darüber gefreut. Vielen Dank dafür! :-)

Polecam gorąco bo w Austrii nie za ciepło :)

Apartament jest naprawdę prześliczny, wszystko jest całkowicie nowe. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Łazienka bardzo czysta. Nie ma problemu z miejscem parkingowym. W niedalekiej odległości jest piekarnia, sklepy spożywcze, stacje benzynowe i inne. Jeżeli ktoś planuje wyruszyć na trasę Großglockner to z obiektu jest blisko. Apartament znajduje się w bardzo dobre lokalizacji w drodze z Gardy przez Dolomity i Großglockner albo odwrotnie. Bardzo sympatyczni i niewyobrażalnie pomocni właściciele. Polecam!! Przy następnym odwiedzinach tego rejonu napewno skorzystam ponownie!

Alles ist super gemütlich eingerichtet, top sauber und neu! Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und man fühlt sich gleich willkommen. Immer wieder gern!

Per noi è stata la sosta di una notte, comodo per spezzare il viaggio in autostrada. Abbiamo apprezzato la struttura e sarebbe stato bello restare di più!

Un breve soggiorno, molto positivo

L'alloggio è un'appartamento confortevole, arredato in stile alpino, e davvero molto pulito. Situato al 1 piano (senza ascensore) gode di una bella vista sulle montagne. Si nota con piacere la cura dei dettagli, dai prodotti da bagno al mini-bar molto fornito e con prezzi onesti. Host super gentile e disponibile! Suggerisco!

Dolomity view

Velmi příjemné voňavé prostředí. Ubytování skvěle zařízeno. Příjemný bonus přípravy kávy z kávovaru 🙂 Paní majitelka mluvi anglicky i německy, takže domluva bez problému.

Ubytování se nachází v úzkých uličkách, se kterými si navigace moc neumí poradit. Táhla nás po neexistujících silnicích, které podle ní šly skrz domy.

nous avons passé une bonne nuit de repos durant cette étape de notre voyage dans cette belle chambre

Belle architecture intérieure notamment l’escalier et la salle de bain. Belle vue. Bouilloire et cafetière sont les bienvenus. Restaurants tout proches.

Dommage de ne pas rencontrer notre hôte mais il a était très réactif par sms.

Wurden gleich Herzlich begrüßt, es wurde uns alles gleich gezeigt, schöne Räume, kuscheliges Bett, wie wenn man in einer Wolke schläft, würden gern nochmals mal vorbei schauen 😇🙋🏼‍♀️
