Giorgio met us and showed us a spot in the city (not private) parking lot where we could park. The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious. There was a shared dining area with coffee and fruit, which was very nice. It was a 3-minute walk from the house to the tram stop, and the journey to Venice took about 20 minutes. We had breakfast at a cafe near the house; excellent coffee and a croissant.
The air conditioner can't cope with the heat, it's not as powerful as I'd like. and it would be great to put some extra pillows in the closet.

Mestre is a great place to stay to avoid the inconvenience of central Vienna. Residence Giacomuzzi is a 5 minute walk to the tram and bus for easy access to Venice. It is a one minute walk to the main piazza for restaurants, shopping and there is a nail salon next door. The apartment was well furnished; elevator was great; quiet and safe neighborhood. Dario, the owner, was wonderful. We loved staying at Residencia Giacomuzzu
