Most friendly and forthcoming owner imaginable. Took his time to wait for us outside the restricted zone to lead us to a dedicated parking slot and walked with us afterwards to find a restaurant after 11pm. Came in the morning to make us breakfast and all fresh breads and fruits.
If I hadn’t called the owner upfront, it had been difficult to find and park

Giorgio met us and showed us a spot in the city (not private) parking lot where we could park. The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious. There was a shared dining area with coffee and fruit, which was very nice. It was a 3-minute walk from the house to the tram stop, and the journey to Venice took about 20 minutes. We had breakfast at a cafe near the house; excellent coffee and a croissant.
The air conditioner can't cope with the heat, it's not as powerful as I'd like. and it would be great to put some extra pillows in the closet. We were satisfied with the rest, thank you
