The apartment allocated to us had carpet flooring, which was not what we preferred. The manager was able to provide analternative apartment, newly renovated. It was comfortable, though not according to our expectations, as we needed the one with a balcony to have a better view of the area whilst sitting outside.

Convenient, comfortable and affordable, great front-desk service, but in need of some sprucing up.

Our unit was actually a two-bedroom family unit with a spacious living room, two patios, well-equipped kitchen, separate scullery and a full bathroom. The off-street parking was secure and convenient and the location offered easy access to several shopping centres and the freeway.

Unfortunately, one of the patios was used for hanging up laundry while the other had an unsightly, broken table and bench combination. What could be a lovely, tranquil and tree-rich outdoor area was spoilt by very noticeable clutter. The bedding was clean and inviting, but the pillows and duvet need a deep clean to smell good again. To live up to it's "superb" rating on Booking.com, no doubt well-earned over the years, the premises in its present state needs some TLC.

There could have been a free standing braai or braai area closer to the house we stayed in and braai tongs. The rest was very good.

This was our third time visiting and our host Bianca has been extremely helpful and always friendly

Although Bianca made her efforts to clean the pool as we requested, it seems the algea was the issue that didn't want to go away , pool needs to be treated correctly

Pleasant

The house was clean, had comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms which was lovely. The property manager was friendly.

The garden was unkempt, but we booked on short notice so perhaps this was the reason? We also booked the house because it had a pool for the kids to enjoy, but it was murky and had quite a bit of debris at the bottom. Kids spent 10 minutes in the pool if even that. The property manager sorted the pool cleaner and added chemicals but by then we were on our last day. Kitchenware available to a bare minimum.

the poor was far away and when was load shedding their was a little light but it needs a upgrate and they must not post two houses on one booking it has be diffrent post was so exited to swim but the swiming pool is miles away in the yard with no toilet ill never GO BACK ......

I liked that the location was close to the surroundings and places we wanted to see was close by.

I was not informed that the accommodation was so small. No full kitchen as stated its a self catering unit. Cleaning daily was not done. Towels was not provided daily as well. All these were enquired before i booked so this was unacceptable.
