The property is secured, but need to improve! Can’t cook myself

- very Old TV, need to replace by smart tv - the floor in wood need to be replaced - Fan in the bathroom doesn’t work - the one window is heavy to pull up and doesn’t have lock - replace the door Lock - improve the light
