We had a lovely welcome on arrival. Parking was great. The outside space was beautiful. Lots of space to sit outside, enjoy the view and eat breakfast. Room was what we needed to relax. Nets on the windows to keep the bugs away.

The apartment was a good size with comfortable beds and pillows, large bright (with skylight) bathroom, kitchen with fridge and kettle, and a shelf around the room that is useful for spreading out things. The most outstanding features though were the amazing view over the valley to the sea and the lovely gardens. The room was spotlessly clean. The host even provided a beverage upon arrival which was welcome after a long day walking the Parenzana.
There was a little sound transference from the hall but minimal.

Excellent location to the village and has parking. The host was very welcoming and even gave us some milk as local shop closed on Sundays. Adequate kitchen, good size rooms. Having heat pump was good as it was quite cool in the evening.
Right on the road, so all glass frosted, no outlook.
