Pozitvno je što apartman ima wifi i lokacijski je savršen. Lijepa je okućnica i kuća sama po sebi.
Negativno je što struja nije baš pametno riješena pa sklopka izbacuje ukoliko se uključi dva i više trošila istovremeno, a budući da je hladno, u isto vrijeme ne može raditi grijalica i štednjak. Kod cijene nije jasno naznačeno kolika je cijena za kućne ljubimce.
