Exceptional stay with a phenomenal host. It is rare to meet such a kind, caring and eclectic person. We truly enjoyed our stay with Joaquin he has designed an oasis of relaxation. This trip will stay as a highlight for us. We hope to come back and recommend him highly! Great recommendations from locations to visit to food to try.

Joaquín the host, is so knowledgeable and has created a landscaped paradise. He’s interesting to talk to.
While not far from El Yunque entrance, the hilltop location makes it inconvenient —must bring your own food and drink because even though it’s not far from the town of Canóvanas it’s not a place you want to come and go from at night. The grounds are gorgeous but the rooms are spartan, more like a dorm room with a nice private bath.

Well maintained areas and lush gardens everywhere are amazing plus! The tranquility of the location and the natural surroundings are incomparable!
No courtesy bottle water available or at least for purchase.
