B&B in an Italian residential area.

Lovely traditional Italian apartment with modern amenities and food essential items provided. We were greeted by a friendly lady and communicated via a translation app. As our plane from Ireland arrived later than the accommodation check-in, we asked in advance of stay if we could check in late, and were taken care of. Check out time should have been 11am. We were asked to leave by 10:30am so prep could be done for the next guests. That suited us. We were gone by 10am for our flight back to Ireland.

Being Irish, we did expect some sort of cooked breakfast, not ingredients, to make up a continental snack. While the essential food items provided were nice, we had to find a local café and bought lovely breakfasts there. The closest train station to Venice and a good shopping mall was a 17 -20 minute walk. We're old, so while we appreciated a good walk, we had to take a few rest stops on route. Next time, we'll simply book accommodation much closer to a train station, without a breakfast option included, as we know know cooked breakfasts are not provided and it's easy to buy a cooked breakfast out.

Comodità e gentilezza e posizione top

Bellissimo monolocale ben riscaldato completo di tante comodità e colazione abbondante.. pulizia eccellente.. parcheggio privato utilissimo per noi che avevamo l'auto.. siamo stati accolti con tanta gentilezza e disponibilità nonostante il nostro arrivo il 24 dicembre tardi.. ottima posizione per visitare Venezia e dintorni.. consigliatissimo

El mejor lugar del mundo.

Nos encantó, es perfecto. Somos super regodeones con donde quedarnos y donde no, yo soy extremadamente atenta a la limpieza, hasta llevo mis sábanas, pero estaba TAN TAN limpio, que es la primera vez que me siento cómoda con utilizar las sábanas de un hotel o airbnb. Era realmente hermoso, hay mucha naturaleza, es silencioso, la casa es preciosa, decoración hermosa, todo olía rico, el baño impecable, cocina perfecta, me encantó, realmente es el mejor lugar en el que me he quedado y he viajado muchísimo.

Faltaban cosas pero detalles, por ejemplo, un alargador para poder trabajar en el notebook desde la mesa, 2 pares de pantuflas de bienvenida en vez de un par (y ojalá que en bolsa selladas porque uno no sabe si están usadas o no) y sería genial que tengan servicio de lavandería pero realmente, todo estuvo genial.

La situation de l'appartement, au calme, proche de la gare très pratique pour se rendre à Venise, proche du supermarché. Le parking sécurité pour le véhicule. Le studio est grand, bien agencé, confortable. On recommande

Handige verbinding met Venetië voor €3.20

Goede uitvalslocatie voor Venetië en Treviso. Appartement was ruim. Vriendelijk ontvangst.

Op de site stond dat het inclusief ontbijt was, maar we kregen voor 3 dagen toast en brood. De koelkast was daarentegen goed gevuld met boter, jam en yoghurt. Een beetje onpersoonlijk voor de rest.

Perfetta soluzione

La struttura è molto accogliente. Pulizia eccellente.Il monolocale è comodissimo, ha tutto ciò che occorre. Il posto è silenzioso. Letto comodissimo. Si raggiunge la stazione in due minuti con l'auto e 20 minuti a piedi. Molto consigliato.
