The best way to describe this place is it's an old farmhouse in an olive farm. The room is upstairs and is opposite of the room where the farm keeps family lives. Or has a bedroom and a separate living area with kitchen. The shower is very small but it didn't bother us. No air conditioning but the room had a fan and with the windows opened, it was comfortable when we slept, and that was in July! The caretaker and his wife were very friendly!

The only thing I would caution, if you are a plus size, you may not like the shower..

Absolutely amazing views over the Tuscan countryside and mountains, and super peaceful. Perfect if you like a simple rural farmhouse. Just don’t expect luxury, and keep in mind there’s no AC, so it can get really hot in summer. But honestly, the views and charm of the place make it totally worth it. The host was super warmhearted and attentive.

Non è possibile oscurare completamente la camera senza dover chiudere le finestre poiché provviste di scuri e d’estate è un po’ difficile non essendoci l’aria condizionata. Sapendolo però uno può premunirsi di mascherina per occhi.
