This is a property we will definitely be returning to.

This property is the ground floor apartment with easy access from the driveway. The grounds are available for clients to use and include shade and loungers. The apartment has been freshly decorated and is very appealing. from the property , the lakeside is a 2 minute walk which brings you to an excellent cafe/restaurant. The property is siutated on a private road with good parking arrangements shared with the first floor apartment(1st on the left as you enter the gated road). A what's app exchange gives you the code for the box to access the keys; Contact the owner in good time. we benefitted from the help of the occupent of the first floor apartment. A very comfortable and well equipped rental for 3 or 4 people;

This is as good a property as we have stayed in and is therefore difficult to find any weaknesses. The construction of the house should have provided better insulation between the floors

Clean and comfortable apartment in a great location

It was really hot outside, but the owner had an AC installed which was a lifesaver. The apartment was very clean and there was a window in the bathroom which was very handy.

The perfect spot for a holiday at Lake Grada!

A beautiful, well-furnished house with a lovely garden in a nice and quiet residential area directly on the shores of Lake Garda and only a fifteen minute drive away from Sirmione. We absolutely loved it!

Just a minor issue, but some areas were covered in dust and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while.

What a place! We spend a week, 6 of us, and the place was perfect! Sylvia is the perfect host, she was here at our arrival to give us the keys and welcomed us really nicely. The place was spacious with a big garden, bbq, outside furnitures... the inside was spotless, all brandnew, with spacious and comfortable beds AND sofa. The kitchen was perfectly equiped, we didn't miss anything. There was shampoo, conditioner, everything to do a clothes wash... very handy when being somewhere for a week. And it's without mentionning the location of the place, 2mins walk from the lake with also volley ball pitch and restaurant with view on the lake. 5mins walk from public transport to reach Sirmione and Peschiera. I recommend this place 100%, we only got good surprises!

Everything was great, super friendly host, brand new apparment, well furnished and with all the equipment you need in the kitchen and with big and spacious terrace and enclosed garden (great for kids!). I warmly recommend!

Led a studená voda připravena při příjezdu, skvělá poloha pro výlety do centra Sirmione i Verony. Plně vybavená kuchyň včetně kávovaru. Pohodlné postele, posezení před domem. Klimatizace byla pouze v ložnici, ale stačilo to i pro další místnosti. Pohodlné parkování přímo u domu, obchod s potravinami do 1 km. Skvěle fungující wifi. K dispozici gril

Muy buena ubicación , limpio y ordenado,a un paso del Lago di Garda, decoración moderna y sencilla. Muchos “amenities” y la dueña muy amable.
