Casa Umoja

Our stay in Casa Umoja was nice, specially the location is a 10-steps from the beach. My kids were entertaining their time with this lodge. Specially my elderly son enjoyed his time with those quite dogs. We were outside until 9:00pm, the environment was safe and secured. There were also a lot boat trip organizers around but we used "Lulu", located outside at the exit of this lodge. I have got them very informative, careful and responsible for their customers. We were also grateful for the lodge staff called -Sula- she was a nice addition for the lodge to manage when there are concerns regarding anything inside, I also appreciate the information she fed us before going outside, thank you.

Do not expect a cozy breakfast, they served very basic thing and same thing for all your staying dates. It would have been also best to clean the room everyday. I was asking but they responded- they provide cleaning service every other day. But for the lodge located by the sides of the beach, cleaning service should be non-compromised because surely there will be a sand and dust came from outside at least with slippers.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good, and the check-in process was easy.

The room was not very comfortable, and the facilities could be improved.

The place id good,only 5 min to beach.The garden is fantastic.

The smell in the rooms was terryble.The lights wad very weak,I do not know why.The WiFi works on very short distance near reception.There was 4 large dogs and 9 puppies.If you are alergic to dogs, be care.
