Costa da Caparica Beach House

Very spacious with three double bedrooms and second bathroom and shower came in very handy. Air conditioning for the really hot days and nights was a big plus. Excellent location for Praia da Mata- just a few minutes stroll away. Outdoor spaces are excellent and pool was perfect to cool off in on hot sunny days. Communication with the Mata Beach agency was fantastic so all in all we couldn’t have asked for much more. Loved it!

We loved the place and we would stay here again in a heart beat so for us only very minor improvements could be made. Initially surprised there was no kettle but boiling a pan of water on the induction hob was even quicker so no worries about that. The cafetière wasn’t big enough for three people and that’s about the only slight inconvenience we had.

Beautiful villa, close to the beach. Town centre in walking distance. Everything you need is in the villa, washing machine, dishwasher and two cookers, coffee maker, fridge freezer etc. We booked the villa for 17 nights and we loved every day spent there, we had bbq's, we swam in a swimming pool which is in sun until the sunset. The property owners C & V were waiting on us, even though our flight arrived with a significant delay - thanks again ❤️ Would we book this property again? Absolutely yes! We would love to come back again next year 😀
