Fantastic location, with a bay window that is in the sunlight, with a panoramic beach & sea view. The sea bay & lighthouse jetty attracts dolphins that come very close.
The property is located right on top of a great pub bar & grill along with an adjacent family run Italian restaurant. It’s less than 30 mins walk to Sunderland Town centre and the Stadium of Light.
We were happy with everything - this was a great property and location.

The location is fantastic for being close to the beach with amazing sea views. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy to get into the town centre. The apartment was clean and extremely comfortable. 2 bathrooms was a luxury as well as the upstairs toilet. It sits in a building of 5 apartments but was quiet with little noise from any neighbours. Stunning building too.
