Bathroom towels were small and thin for two people. Double bed sagged in the middle, so we kept rolling together,

Centrally located budget friendly hotel

Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is located in the town centre with bars / restaurants within easy walking distance. On street parking is available outside the hotel which is free between 6pm-9am.

Check wasn’t available until after 5pm… a minor inconvenience.

Friendly but basic.

The rooms were basic but comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

However, the rooms were a little bit dilapidated. The bathroom in particular was quite basic with peeling paint and a wonky toilet. The beds were comfortable, but there were a few cobwebs in corners that the cleaners had missed.

This is such a historic and important hotel, and it retains much of its former comfort and glory. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful – every question and request answered immediately

Horrible

The hotel is inredibly noisy. I couldn't sleep until 2 am because of the neighbours. Doors openning, pipes, tv, talks. The walls are thin. I came because I have to work early and I am more tired than if I had slept home and woke up early

It's a 2 star hotel and if you want some luxury go for a suite

Our friends had Napoleon suite which was lovely. Friendly happy hotel owner. Breakfast was fantastic.

Decoration in room 7 was tired and needed brightening.

CHAMBRE HYPER SPACIEUSE , propre avec beaucoup de charme si on aime l'époque Empire ce qui est mon cas batiment rempli de charme car trés ancien mais on voit que l'entretien est suivi .

Établissement centenaire à la fois avec le confort moderne mais avec un intérieur à l'ancienne (grande salle de restauration). Bâtiment solide avec le cachet des briques du nord. accueil chaleureux du jeune réceptionniste (lors du Week-End). buffet superbement garni pour le petit déjeuner.
