Apartments Vicente

The location was not bad, and the hosts were very kind and extra helpful. Free parking right outside. Small kitchen for cooking, small fridge and washing machine. Air conditioning. Great for small family or couple. Small balcony next to the garden (semi-underground). The beach is close, but you have to go down quite a few steps!

There was a constant buzzing somewhere near, a machine of a sort, day and night. Also they should check blind spots because, there were many spider webs (behind curtains, in cupboards etc.). Also, when the stay is long-term, more toiletries should be provided and sheets should be changed more frequently (like 3 days instead of 5). Also, please check the mattress in the bed next to the window, because in one corner it smelled moldy. The air conditioner, although it worked perfectly and cooled us nicely, had a broken automatic flap, and someone had taped it to blow in one direction. But because the tape had come off, we had to put pieces of paper on the left and right (we made a Bulgarian patent). The doors with screens were half broken, allowing some mosquitoes to enter. Although the moreover building seems fair, the specific room we got needs more attention. You also cannot ask visitors to take their backpacks off when they enter the elevator—because a backpack cannot scratch the walls of your elevator, unless it is carrying a mountaineering axe. Nor can you say that there is a 50 leva fine, because apart from being illegal, it is also unreasonable.

Baia cu duș și wc , miros urat dimineața de la canalizare. Salteaua de la paturi fiind moale, nu își păstra memoria, se lăsa, nu foarte comoda. Recomand instrucțiuni schimbare limba, folosire tv . Deși scrie că este la malul marii este la 10-15 minute de plaja, 500-1000 m. Nu este aproape de malul mării macar

Хотим выразить слова благодарности за гостеприимство, доброту и искренность хозяевам готеля "Apartments Vicente". Мы приехали сюда на отдых во второй раз в конце июля. Нам понравились оригинально и искусно оформленые комната и кухня, вьполненные в умело подобранной цветовой гамме. А также красивый, ухоженный полисадник который виден из окна. Квартира готеля обеспечена всеми необходимыми предметами для быта, продуманными до мелочей. Apartments Vicente новой постройки внутри обложен красивым мрамором. Между этажами в готеле прохладно, практически каждый день уборка, чисто, приятный свежий воздух. Жилье и море, до которого можно добраться за 5 мин. (правда по крутой лестнице, но по близости есть еще два больших пляжа в 10 минут ходьбы) сделали наш отдых комфортным, приятным и незабываемым.

*The property is relatively close to the beach, 5 min walking if you are adult. IF U HAVE KIDS, the beach is 20 min away. Also the place is located on the coast and in order to go and come from the beach in the closest point u need to climb 150 stairs!!! Is impossible with a baby trolley! *there are shops around where you can find all basic things. *the place is away from the city center (2,5 km), is perfect if u want to distance itself!

1. From the first moment we arrived the host started to complain that we are 3 adults and 1 baby, that we must pay extra for the baby, that she did not know we are coming with the baby (completely false, the booking was very clear and of course we specified our exact number of guests, we have picture of the booking to prove). After, when we entered the property we discovered that we did not received what we paid for. When u want to book you see several pictures of different rooms of different colors, it looks like a big colored apartment. But in fact the lady owns 3 studios, all 1 room studios and one of them is bigger with an extendible couch, but we got a minuscule studio and we had to sleep 4 people in the same room for 1 night. When I told her I want my money back and I will search for a new accommodation she called Booking and made an entire drama about how I did not know how to chose what apartment I wanted, even though choices were not available. After she offered to move us to the bigger studio the next day, for the same money. 2. Both studio 1&2 were very dirty. The cleaning was very superficial, only cleaned with a broom and a mopping, in central places. All cupboards of dressing or kitchen they were extremely dirty, full of dust, we even found rotten bread inside. 3. Very old mattress and furniture, my baby got an asthma crisis from it! Mattress look like 20 years old, yellow and dirty. Furniture also! Bedsheets almost each article of different colors and style, same towels. Everything looks like it was purchased from secondhand store and thrown inside. 4. After we moved from 1 studio to other 1 towel was missing. I told the lady for sure it stayed in the 1 st studio and that one of my blouses is also missing. She refused to listen, she treated me very badly, she accused me of taking the towel even though I offered to pay for it if it does not show up.
