General cleanliness of the room and good breakfast buffet with plenty of options and quite polite and attentive staff. Though that is a pretty standard thing to expect.
The reception staff was neither very well informed about hotel facilities and their locations nor they could recommend any places within the town. Some venues, especially those with live music, were closed. Sauna was paid extra and the facilities there were of disappointing quality. Everything was generally acceptable but did not exceed the bare minimum for a five star hotel.

Property was nice, close to the beach
Big indian weddings and corporate events, noisy, men looking at us women weird all the time, far from the city so its hard to get a ride
