The apartment is well positioned for the local area. The coastal path is a lovely stroll to the harbour, and it's a nice 15 min walk to the old town. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance too. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (lift available) and has a great sea view. it's clean and has everything you need for a vacation. When we had a problem with the electricity supply, it was quickly resolved, with the owner keeping in contact to make sure we were happy. For us, having English tv was a bonus, but there were plenty of cds available. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we look forward to going back in the future. The only thing that needs amending is the contact details for onsite help. The phone numbers and name provided are out of date. On a personal issue, the bed is a bit low down for me and my poor old bones but nothing to worry about

Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Cisza gwarantowana. Lokatorzy mimo dużej fluktuacji w całym obiekcie - nie hałasują i można spokojnie pracować. Duży balkon.

Lokalna firma wspierająca obsługę wynajętego apartamentu - nie pojawiła się ani razu przez cały miesiąc pobytu ! Nie wymieniono pościeli ani ręczników przez cały pobyt. Nie dostarczono też kompletów zastępczych. Od samego początku przyjazdu straszono, że jakiekolwiek wezwanie do pomocy może być uznane jako niezasadne i będzie płatne dodatkowo ! Ręczniki strasznie twarde - nie dało się ich używać. Oferta wspominała o pakiecie powitalnym - nie było nawet butelki wody lub litr mleka. Brak podstawowych przypraw. Totalny minimalizm - myślę, że Właściciel powinien bardziej kontrolować firmę której powierzył obsługę lokalu dla wynajmujących. Przy basenie - betonowa płyta z leżakami nie zapewnia żadnej intymności - ludzie leżą jak na chodniku obserwowaniu przez ludzi z pięter.

Location was central for Paphos. A convenient short walk away from the main Paphos strip of restaurants and bars.

The kitchen was in a pretty bad state of cleanliness. The host apologised, saying that the previous guests were there a month and was left in a bad state. That's hardly my problem, I told him to have a word with his cleaner. He did offer to ask the cleaner to come in next day. and clean things up. After what I was left with, I just went out and bought new cleaning stuff, liquids, sponges and everything and cleaned everything myself. The butter left in the fridge was mouldy, cutlery still had food all over it. The cutlery drawer and all cutlery had to be washed. No washing up liquid. No hand washes in kitchen or bathroom. Rotten box of used soaps in bathroom under sink cupboard. I can go on.
