The property is perfect for a family, comfortable beds, good air-con, nice spacious kitchen, dining and lounge space. The kitchen is well equipped meaning you can cook nice meals when you fancy a night in, even the cooking knives are sharp which is very unusual when renting an apartment. The pool is lovely, safe for families with younger kids (fence with gates around the water), and a lifeguard on site between 1000-1900 hrs. The location is a mostly residential part of Paphos, so if you opt not to have a car, then expect a short walk to bars, restaurants and supermarket. But it’s an area we like, and approx 10 minutes walk into the old town where the best’s restaurants and bars are located. The service staff were always responsive and helpful. For the price a very good family option, we would definitely stay here again.

Our only issue related to the safe. The previous family had left it locked and forgotten the code, so we had no safe during our stay. But only a minor inconvenience.

The apartment was very comfortable for four adults and fully met our expectations. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, which made our stay very convenient. The space was clean, tastefully decorated, and clearly well cared for. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome gift waiting for us, including traditional sweets and a bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch. The only small suggestion would be to provide a large bottle of drinking water in or outside the fridge, as the tap water is not drinkable. Additionally, the location was somewhat difficult to find, even with GPS; however, we understand that this is not the property’s responsibility. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend the apartment.

Location is very good, appartement is clean, large enough, and confortable. Two bathrooms are very useful.
