Parter (chłodniej latem) i balkon znacząco poprawia komfort. Wszystkie elementy wyposażenia były sprawne. Kuchnia jest prawie kompletna i pozwala przygotować większość posiłków. Duża powierzchnia użytkowa. Bardzo czyste wszystkie pomieszczenia i nie zużyte umeblowanie. Kontakt i elastyczność przy dodatkowych prośbach.
Drzwi kabiny prysznicowej lekko wyrobione (nieszczelne).

Niestety pokrowiec na łóżko był osikany - przykryty poduszką, mieszkanie nie było dokładnie wysprzątane a regulacja wody pod prysznicem to tragedia.
