It’s a locally owned business directly on the beach. The whole property is covered in sand which really brings out that holiday feeling.

Die Lage direkt am Strand war perfekt. Sehr ruhig und wenig Touristen. Das kleine Hotel war familiär und das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns geholfen Ausflüge zu organisieren ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wer das einheimische Leben kennenlernen möchte, bekommt Richtung Landseite einen guten Einblick.
Es gab nur lauwarmes Wasser, häufiger Stromausfall und damit auch kein wlan. Auch der Empfang war nicht gut. So war man bei Stromausfall von der Außenwelt abgeschnitten. Zur Landseite hin steht man direkt in einem einheimischen Dorf, was nicht negativ sein soll, sondern nur zu wissen. Dies ist aber häufig auf Sansibar so und vermittelt einen guten Eindruck vom „echten“ Sansibar.

Très bonne communication,des chambres calmes très bien disposées , piscine et plage à 10 secondes ! Bon petit déjeuner et l’ambiance authentique de Jambiani ainsi que les restaurants Hassan et Gerezani à 5 minutes vraiment excellent s et bon marché.Le loueur de vélo à côté pour 8$

It's decent enough. But for the money, there's better/newer further back from the beach nowadays.
The whole place needs a bit of a spruce/refresh. Can understand that during the pandemic, it's been tough for everyone – but everywhere else is managing to keep their place in great shape.
