Lovely, peaceful hideaway

Very friendly welcome by Susannah, despite the language barrier we had no problem. The location, tranquillity, the room, the breakfast at the terrace. We had a nice chat with fellow travellers at poolside, enjoying a cup of tea. Susannah came around with fresh fruit which we enjoyed very much. Grazie mille.

Wonderful stay in the South of Tuscany

The setting of this place was fantastic, really close to the town but also in the middle of nature and a great place to explore the south of Tuscany. Susanna was so lovely and welcoming and her breakfast was delicious (home made and soo many options!). We loved it!

Nothing! Just to say bring bug repellent as there are sometimes mosquitos and horseflies and also the plugs in our room were the small two pins so maybe bring an adapter!

Loved our apartment - lovely large comfortable bed, fridge with water, soda, crisps and tea/coffee facilities plus fabulous clean bathroom with amazing shower and a generous walk in wardrobe - own outside area. Lovely pool and outside breakfast area - loved our breakfast too. Parking easy. We would have loved to have stayed longer to truly appreciate our surroundings

It's located just few minutes from the village, in a very quiet area. Everything in the breakfast is home made. You have a little table outside your room, quite convenient to just chill and relax. We happened to order the apero (aperitif) that they propose. Super good food quality with wine and just for 10 €! They also propose a second round if you are still hungry or thirsty. Apart from that, super friendly couple.

Just to say something, the glass of the doors are not fully covered so you might have the impression that somebody will see you once you are inside.

Amazing stay

Very nice property, lovely pool with a great view. Nicely decorated apartment, spacious bathroom and terrase. Breakfast was delicious, they even had little sandwiches and fruit not only cakes and croissants.

Road to the property is narrow but the traffic is very limited so we didn't have any problems.

Lovely place, beautiful setting and delicious breakfast

We had a lovely spacious room here with a good bathroom with a shower that looked like a spaceship (couldn’t quite work out how to use it). The house has panoramic views towards Manciano and a lovely pool. Shame it was too cold for a swim yet. My son loved tge family dog and kittens. Susanna was very welcoming. For breakfast there was beautiful bread and homemade cakes and a freshly made coffee. I was just sad I didn’t speak Italian and that I couldn’t try it all.

Susanna's place was exactly was we were looking for: a true farm with lots of beautiful animals, plenty of friendly cats that wanted nothing but pets and Birillo the dog, who was gave us the warmest welcome at the gate. There's a lot of space outside where to sit and enjoy the gorgeous view of the Maremma's hills. The room was spacious and comfortable, very warm too. The bathroom too was very big, with everything we needed in it. The breakfast was simply amazing, home cooked and rich, not to mention delicious. On site you can buy their olive oil, or olive wood handmade products. I wish we could've stayed longer!

Susana always has a smile, she is very welcoming and attentive to your needs. Wonderful Tuscan setting with multiple nooks to relax and enjoy the views.

The room floors could use a few rugs to help with the coldness in December. I know it can be difficult to keep those beautiful tile and marble floors warm then.

Lovely agriturismo in great location

awesome breakfast with homemade and local products. Even the toiletteries provided in the bathroom were locally crafted and my partner has thoroughly enjoyed them. Lovely and helpful host, and on the plus side, many cats laying around!

the only thing really is that the room’s doors are partially see-through and there’s only a thin curtain to maintain one’s privacy. But other than that, excellent stay!

Superb

Breakfast was amazing! Susanna cooked a big part of it and everything was delicious. Beautiful view and quiet place. Room was very clean, spacious, fully renovated and had a good shower. We were traveling through Tuscany and only stayed there for one night, but it was a good place to visit Saturnia Thermal Baths early in the morning.

The bed was too soft, but for a short stay it was not a big issue.

Amazing place with a lot of care for guests. Susana answered all our questions, made incredible breakfast and did her best to meet our requests - even prepared a fabulous cheese and ham tasting outside of the normal working times when we did not want to travel for dinner.

We stayed in the room Violetta which is right next to the main eating area. Maybe a bit more privacy with curtains over the main door would be welcome but it did not affect us much. Still very comfortable.

Whoever cleaned the room threw away a cotton reusable tissue I left on my bed stand. I wish they paid a bit more attention to realize it was a cotton tissue and not a disposable one..

The place to stay if you visit Saturnia

The agriturismo is located in a nice and quiet area, a few kms away from Manciano and the terme di Saturnia. The attentiveness of the host is remarkable - Susanna went to great lengths to make our stay as enjoyable as possible (to the extent that she even booked a restaurant for us!). The room has all you need and more (the super-technological shower is impressive). The breakfast was outstanding thanks to the wide choice of savoury and sweet items. Thoroughly recommended.

La amabilidad de las anfitrionas, el desayuno hecho por ella es espectacular y la piscina con una temperatura mayor debe ser perfecta. El lugar es un paraíso. Las habitaciones están recién reformadas y se nota que al lugar se le ha puesto mucho cariño.

El acceso a la casa es algo complicado, sobre todo si subes el camino por la noche (poca luz) pero con un poco de pericia se hace.

Susanna è stata accogliente, cordiale e gentile fin dalla prima telefonata, all'accoglienza in struttura. Disponibile per consigli su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare, quindi se non avete idee, chiedete a lei, vi sarà d'aiuto. Stanza spaziosa con un grazioso terrazzino privato, che affacciava sui vigneti toscani. Letto comodo, e pulizia eccelsa. Colazione casereccia, deliziosa e fresca. Si vede che la struttura è gestita con premura e attenzione per l'ospite. Consigliatissima!

Una grande attenzione ai minimi particolari

Vicino a Manciano c'è un agriturismo dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato. Il silenzio rinfrancante, la posizione comodissima, la pace nei piccoli gesti, l'ordine anche negli spazi esterni e la cordialità dei conduttori fanno di questa struttura una piccola gemma. Susanna è un'esercente meravigliosa: sempre attenta e indaffaratissima a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. La mattina fa trovare agli ospiti una colazione spettacolare; mette a disposizione una piscina impeccabile, splendente. Ma soprattutto fa eseguire il riassetto delle camere e la loro pulizia tutti i giorni. E ciò non è per niente usuale. Insomma... l'esame è passato col massimo punteggio e lode!
