Great Location, large airy apartment. Excellent luggage storage facilities nearby (Lisbon is great for this)

If you wanted Netflix or similar on TV, although the App is there, you cannot log in and the staff were unclear about why it wouldn’t work. A minor point but people with children may care about this. Something for the owners to fix.

Modern apartment and a comfortable stay. Close to alot of attractions.

We struggled with the hot water as the geyser kept switching off. Before your take enquire about how to turn the geyser on.

Great location. Clean with all requirements

Both toilets had problems. I upstairs not filling 1 downstairs did not stop filling. 2 guests got stuck in the lift nearly resulting in an emergency call

The location and size of the apartment were great. Having two bathrooms, each with a shower, was particularly convenient for a group of four. Overall, it was very good value for money and a comfortable option for a short stay.

The cleanliness of the apartment definitely needs to be improved. While the bathrooms, towels and bed sheets were clean, everything else appeared to have been cleaned in a rush, which was noticeable. There were a lot of rugs throughout the apartment, and they did not look like they had been properly cleaned. I also found food stains inside the cutlery cupboard. In addition, much of the furniture was very old and worn. One of the bed frames was particularly damaged, with the surface scratched and chipped extensively.
