Casa Mirador San Pedro is a gem hidden in plain site in Arcos- directly across from one of the churches and around the corner from the most dramatic Mirador- you are literally in the heart of the little town. The room was exceptionally clean and the proprietor, Juan, makes you feel like family. The rooftop mirador is your own private lookout spot to enjoy looking out over the city. The place exudes historic charm, yet is clean and comfortable- bonus points for the water pressure in the shower!
The location is difficult to access since you are in the heart of the old city- it would be a challenge if you have mobility issues as their is no lift and you have to be pretty bold to drive close to the hotel (I had to pull in both mirrors to fit through the maze of streets leading to the hotel- normally I would park in a public parking area and walk, but one in my party had an injured knee and so we drove to get closer to the hotel).

It worth staying just for the rooftop view alone, breathtaking! The owner was so helpful and nice!

No breakfast
Room was very small. Power cut in the street both late afternoons was very inconvenient as we had to get ready to go out to wedding functions without electric shower, hair dryer and air con.
