The bed was a bit uncomfortable for us, and the bathroom needed some maintenance, as there was mold at the bottom of the shower. Maybe the cleaning could be a bit better, too. One thing we didn't realize is that there’s someone living above us; sometimes we could hear them dropping things. Every morning there was a humming sound—perhaps from a water pump—that constantly went on and off early in the morning. However, if you are not a light sleeper or get up early enough, I don't think that will be a problem.
