About this house rental
Fabulous set up for families - from little ones up we have you covered. We have all the essentials to make your stay enjoyable.
Our rates are ALL inclusive - no add ons for linen, cleaning or Wifi.
The kitchen is the centre of the large open plan area with a lounge that seats 13 comfortably, a dining space and TV area with a gas fire, new 50 inch televison with DVD player, Apple TV and Freeview. We have a selection of games, cards and books for the kids to keep them busy while you are enjoying a coffee or wine. House is kept toasty warm by large heat pump and gas fire.
Laundry with Washer and Dryer.
2 bedrooms downstairs with Queens beds, one room with en suite, 1 room downstairs with two single beds, 2 bedrooms upstairs 1 with Queen bed and 1 with King bed, upstairs has its own bathroom with shower and toilet.
Private section which is well fenced and perfect for sitting out on the deck surrounded by the well established garden while cooking a BBQ and enjoying the peace and tranquility.
Family friendly with room for everyone, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, perfect place for a family get together or celebration, a stop over for a couple of nights for your Rail Trail group or just simply to get away and still be able to enjoy the comforts of home.
Clyde has a friendly Four Square for any of your grocery requirements and beautiful eating establishments and cafes for delicious food and coffee. There is many wineries in close proximity which are well worth a visit. A quaint movie theatre in the heart of Clyde is worth a look but it is advisable to book.

Our stay was amazing from the location - quiet street, great outdoor area and roomy for the 9 of us. Loved the kitchen. Close to Trail Journeys and everything else within a very quick drive or reasonable walk. Loved Clyde...thank you for having us.Just a small side note : maybe single beds in downstairs room by garage may be more suitable for children - no so comfy for a bigger body adult - popped the mattress on the floor to resolve.

Perfect home to accommodate our group of 9 friends . We enjoyed being able to cook on the BBQ and eat outdoors . Living space was large and we all could comfortably relax in lounge chairs. Clyde town centre was a 15 minute walk.

We were there on a biking trip and enjoyed the huge indoor/outdoor areas. It was great to be able to use the garage as a secure lockup for our expensive e-bikes.

This home was just lovely to walk into. Plenty of space (There were 9 of us). Indoor - outdoor flow was good and there were nooks to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and garden.With a family Christmas gathering in Cromwell this was close by for us to stay. The kitchen had plenty of equipment and space for us to do our Christmas meal prep! And 3 fridge- freezers meant we were easily able to keep everything refrigerated that needed it.Thanks for making this house available - really appreciated.
