Self check in. Clean room with nice bath towels and robe. Welcoming free fruit bowl, snack, coffee drinks. Very quiet and lovely neighborhood with good restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Although the neighborhood is quite nice, it's location is a little out of the way on the outer side of the Circus Maximus, thus making it little hard for walking into the center of Rome (Coliseum, Forum, Palatine Hill).

Great A/C - coldest room I’ve ever experienced. Host communications were clear. Location in Rome was very good and in a quiet safe neighborhood. Restaurants nearby. The value was very good and my wife and I will stay there again.
