The location is excellent, St. Peter's Basilica is just a 15-20 minute walk away. The metro, buses, and restaurants are easily accessible and only a few minutes from the property. Valentina, the host, is very kind and helpful. The little angels found all over the apartment also create a truly peaceful atmosphere.

Нам все очень понравилось: удобное расположение (10 минут пешком от Ватикана, 5 минут от метро, рядом есть круглосуточный магазин, ресторанчики), в квартире идеальная чистота, есть всё для вашего комфортного проживания. Квартира очень красивая и фотогеничная, есть очень атмосферный европейский балкон, уютный двор с садом, отличный подъезд. Здесь все сделано с любовью и это чувствуется, каждая деталь напитана душой. Хозяйка Валентина — прекрасная женщина, добрая и жизнерадостная, встретила нас с улыбкой, все рассказала и показала, помогла с некоторыми личными трудностями и просто подняла настроение! Нас впервые так встречают! Если приедем в Рим , то однозначно остановимся еще раз здесь. Наше путешествие прошло незабываемо благодаря этому месту и Валентине! Если вы думаете насчет этого места - бронируете, не пожалеете ни на секунду! ❤️

Cipro Metro Station (Line A) is just 250 metres away — giving direct access to the Spanish Steps, Termini, and the rest of Rome. The apartment is elegantly modern with parquet floors, a four-poster bed, and a private entrance — a combination that gives it a genuinely distinctive character for a self-catering stay in Rome. A thoughtful welcome awaits on arrival: wine, yoghurt, butter, and jam are left for guests — a small but genuinely warm gesture that sets the tone for the stay. The host is exceptionally available and proactive throughout — present when needed, responsive to any request, and clearly invested in ensuring guests have the best possible experience. A standard that makes a real difference. The host arranges a parking discount at a nearby facility — a very practical and appreciated touch in a city where parking can be both difficult and expensive. Soundproofed walls make for a surprisingly quiet stay in the heart of one of Europe's busiest cities. A fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, toaster, microwave, and electric kettle covers all the essentials for comfortable self-catering. A washing machine is available on site — a practical and valued amenity for travellers on extended stays. Free Wi-Fi throughout and air conditioning — both reliable and well appreciated. A lift is available in the building, making it easy to bring luggage up without effort — a comfort that should not be taken for granted in Rome.

Vatican Angels Casa Vacanze very nearly earns a perfect score. A few small improvements would easily take it to a full 10. The bedroom curtain is too sheer to block out the morning light effectively — a blackout curtain or blind would make a significant difference to sleep quality, particularly in the brighter months. The fridge is compact — adequate for a short stay but limiting for guests planning to self-cater across several days. A slightly larger unit would be a welcome upgrade. The shower cubicle is very small — a bit restrictive for daily use and worth flagging for bigger guests or those who simply value a bit more space. The towels, while clean, would benefit from the use of fabric softener — a minor detail, but one that makes a noticeable difference to everyday comfort.

Absolutely top hospitality, Valentina takes care of everything! Lovely appartment, equipped with all you need, in perfect location, very close to metro station and charming restaurants. Like home. We'll be back♥️.
