Comfortable rooms, the little yard behind and the location. The Vatican Museums are only a 5-10 minute walk. It's a nice neighborhood with good restaurants, bars and cafes around, and a big market nearby.
The smell of the old wooden dresser in the bedroom that permeates the entire apartment and the noise from traffic and young people at night.
