When your desperate and need to sleep

That I had somewhere to sleep.

No hot water, would be nice to have a kettle and or fridge. The property couldn’t help this but the yapping dog and rooster all night effects your sleep

Underwhelming.

Easy walt from the airport. Bed was comfortable and clean. Efficient service and good communication.

Bathroom was old and not clean. Couldn't close bathroom door because it was falling apart. Steps to upstairs not clean and very slippery.

Horrible ,very very dirty place!!! No hot water too to take bath!!

Nothing. Very dirty room/toilet The toilet was so dirty and there aren't hot water to take shower. No toilet paper at all. The door doesn't close at all. Floor so dirty never being cleaned in two days that I was there. Bloody horrible location and everything. I don't recommend this place for who is traveling. The trash is more clean than that place.

Previous reviews had misleading photos of a swimming pool in two photos. My three emails to their email address were not answered by the time of arrival. What's the point of having an email address with info in its address?

Convenient to airport and good price

Walking distance to the airport, no traffic noise, comfortable bed, overall clean, Aircon not directly over the bed. Also a short walk to many restaurants, the beach, money changers etc I have stayed at Chillin before and would return again for a night before or after a flight.

Close proximity to airport and good food places. Little snacks and water in the room.

The air con didn't work in our room although we were offered another room quickly. It was soooooo noisy 😭 Constant bike noise as they're parked right under the windows and lots and lots of yelling. I got up to check who it was as it was after 11pm and it was the owner?! Fortunately it started raining heavily and everyone went in 🙈 Not ideal when you've got to get up at 3am for your flight 😭

He cancelled my booking just 30 minutes before i had to check in, he said your room it's broke, i don't even know what that means but it was 3am and i was in the street looking for a room, i ask if he had something else and he said not, not professional at all....zero stars

Good for airport transfer, would not stay more than a night

We booked it for airport transfer which it was perfect for 10/10 can't fault it there, the bed was comfortable and had new sheets and was tidy bedroom. Easy check in and check out. Lady was lovely.

The sink was not attached to the outlet pipe, didn't matter cos it was in a wet room but still was pretty shocking to see, the whole bathroom was in complete disrepair. Door rotten, walls crumbling. Also the airport noise was incredibly loud, I know I should have considered this but it still was very disruptive while sleeping.

Booked the room to wait before flight. IT was very close to the airport. Air-cond was good. Staff was nice.

Room virtually was clean but it had a very distinct bad smell. The room will benefit from a little refurbishment, especially the toilet and the room smell. Room had mold which could have caused the smell.

Friendly staff, assisted us in getting a lift to the airport.

Room had a strong odour of cleaning agent. No fridge to keep drinks cold. Mums door didn't shut with locking it. The bathroom had water every like it had been sprayed down. Showers only had cold water.

I’d like to share some honest feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, one of your staff members was quite unpleasant when we requested breakfast. As we are vegan, we kindly asked for an extra slice of bread to go with the jam provided — a very simple and reasonable request — but it was refused without explanation. We had lunch and dinner at your hotel every day during our stay, and only had breakfast once (which was included). Still, no alternatives were offered to accommodate our dietary needs, and the attitude we received over just two slices of bread was very disappointing. I hope you can take this feedback into consideration so future guests — especially those with specific dietary lifestyles — are treated with more kindness and flexibility. Kind regards

Solid for pre/post flight sleepover

This place is walkable distance from airport, which makes it ideal for sleepover before/after flight. Free drinkable water in room.

Given that it is walkable distance from the airport it is noisy, not just from planes passing over, but also revving engines on runway can be heard. Wi-Fi signal was bad and connection was dropping quite often. In my room the bed had low frame and getting up from it was quite hard.
