Il Guasco Rooms

Room was in a good location and clean… but very small. the cleaning lady was just lovely and made our day pleasant. Within walking of all sights. If you book this room be sure you get room you booked and paid for… more detail below in dislike section .

Beware! We booked a larger room and hist changed us to this one without asking us. When i contacted host was told other room was nearby and she switched us to this room because she thought it was better….and when i insisted said she would show us room we booked but was having issues with another of her properties and could not come for at least an hour … it was late and we were exhausted from a 7 hour car drive that day so we stayed in that room . Told us the room she put us in opened up last minute in morning but i booked the night before at about midnight both rooms were available…if we wanted the smaller room we would have booked it!! She had no authority to switch our room without asking us. again both rooms were available when we booked room …one we booked was larger and had a terrace/balcony and this smaller room she switched us to looked out a window sitting right on top of a construction zone of a deteriorating roof .. if we wanted smaller room without terrace we would Have booked it!!! At the very least host should have asked us if we wanted to switch rooms … we would have said no as we booked other room for larger space and terrace/balcony .

Tolle und zentrale Lage in der Altstadt von Ancona. Kultur und Gastronomie ideal zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch der Hafen ist in der Nähe. Und sehr gute Anbindung durch zahlreiche Busse in die Stadt und Richtung Bahnhof oder Umland. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.
