Villa San Dimitrio House on the Beach

This house in Paros was, without exaggeration, the best place we've stayed on the island. The location was unbeatable: right on the seafront, with several beautiful beaches just a short walk away, so we could go back and forth throughout the day without ever needing the car. The quality of the house itself exceeded our expectations. Every detail had clearly been thought through, and the equipment was complete, we genuinely didn't lack for anything during our stay. It felt less like a rental and more like coming home each evening. What made it especially memorable for us was the upstairs room, with its own panoramic terrace and private entrance. Our teenagers absolutely loved having that space to themselves; it gave them a sense of independence while still being close to the rest of the family, which made the whole stay work beautifully for a large family group like ours. On top of all that, the host was warm and genuinely welcoming, always available if we needed anything but never intrusive. That combination of comfort, space, and hospitality is hard to find. We would recommend this house without hesitation to any large family looking for a base in Paros, and we're already planning our next stay.

Beautiful property for anyone looking for peace and quiet

La maison confortable, lumineuse, super bien équipée, des terrasses tous azimuths, un jardin bien entretenu avec bar et BBQ dont nous n'avons malheureusement pu jouir vu la saison (mars), on ne peut rêver mieux, plus un accueil chaleureux par Manolis, nous recommandons fortement cet hébergement spacieux.

Impossible de trouver un seul point négatif

Vaste villa très près de la plage, grand terrain privé, intime et clôturé, balcons avant et arrière, terrasse avec espace bar et repas extérieur, éclairé le soir et avec plaque de cuisson. Logement très propre et très bien équipé; tout est complet. Grand stationnement et agréable jardin avoisinant. À courte distance de marche d'une autre très belle plage, du village, de quelques commerces, de plusieurs restaurants et d'un beau petit port. Hôte très sympathique, accueillant et disponible.
