Villa of 180 m² fully air-conditioned, all comfort with exceptional views of the bay of Golden Beach, in a very quiet place. Neat decoration, combining modernity and architectural tradition of the Cyclades. Large flower garden with magnificent swimming pool of 16,5m x 6,5m. 2 large covered terraces facing the sea and a solarium with 180 ° sea views and many Cycladic islands.(Naxos, Ios, Sikinos, Folegandros ...)
The beach 250m from the villa is easily reached by a nice little path and no major traffic route should be borrowed to access it. The sandy beach is the longest and most beautiful of the island, equipped with umbrellas, deckchairs, bars and taverns. A multitude of water sports are offered.
