    My stay at the hotel went well. The staffs were very courtious , well mannered and helpful. Special mention for Mr. Sumit at the reception. Very nice gentleman. Only cons is the lack of amenities you expect when you are staying at a Rs 2100/- per night hotel. No complementary water bottles and no quality toiletaries. Rest everything is good about this hotel.

    Pleasant stay and very clean rooms. The customer service was very good, and all the staff treated us excellently. We booked online through Agoda and stayed for 3 nights. The price was good—₹1750 per night per room for a couple. We booked 3 rooms, each with two persons. We stayed with our parents, including elderly people, and two children aged 12 and 18. The stay was very comfortable. Highly recommended to others. हमारा ठहराव बहुत सुखद रहा और कमरे बहुत साफ़ थे। ग्राहक सेवा बहुत अच्छी थी और सभी स्टाफ ने हमारे साथ बहुत अच्छा व्यवहार किया। हमने Agoda के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन बुकिंग की थी और 3 रातों का प्रवास किया। कीमत भी उचित थी — ₹1750 प्रति रात प्रति कमरे (कपल के लिए)। हमने 3 कमरे बुक किए थे, हर कमरे में 2 लोग रुके। हमारे साथ हमारे माता-पिता (बुज़ुर्ग) और 12 व 18 साल के दो बच्चे भी थे। ठहराव बहुत आरामदायक रहा। दूसरों को भी ज़रूर सुझाएंगे। எங்கள் தங்குதல் மிகவும் இனிமையாக இருந்தது, அறைகள் மிகவும் சுத்தமாக இருந்தன. வாடிக்கையாளர் சேவை மிகச் சிறந்ததாக இருந்தது, அனைத்து ஊழியர்களும் எங்களை மிக நல்ல முறையில் நடத்தினர். Agoda மூலம் ஆன்லைனில் முன்பதிவு செய்து 3 இரவுகள் தங்கினோம். விலை மிகவும் ஏற்றதாக இருந்தது — ஒரு இரவு, ஒரு அறைக்கு (ஜோடிக்கு) ₹1750. மொத்தம் 3 அறைகள் எடுத்தோம், ஒவ்வொரு அறையிலும் 2 பேர் தங்கினார்கள். எங்களுடன் முதியவர்களான பெற்றோர்களும், 12 மற்றும் 18 வயதுடைய இரண்டு குழந்தைகளும் இருந்தனர். தங்குதல் மிகவும் வசதியாக இருந்தது. மற்றவர்களுக்கு நிச்சயமாக பரிந்துரைக்கிறோம்.

    It's a Very Average Property and don't provide value for money spent. Staff is rude, needs to follow up many times to get things done.
