Fantastic location near beach. In process of modernising/upgrading under a new manager. Not really central Mui Ne as per description but just east of main strip - bus driver charged us slightly extra for drop off there. But this makes it good for some sites such as a small pagoda and the "Fairy Spring" walk.
Cannot yet takes payment by credit card - only cash, which is inconvenient. Limited English spoken by some reception staff, but this will improve as the number of foreign guests increases. Lively backpacker hostel next door could be noisy for families, although we found it fun!
